You can schedule your appointment through the booking system on our website or for free via phone Mon-Thu 8-16 and Fri 8-15 at the following numbers:

CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
All bookings made via the online booking on our website can be canceled through the online booking. To use the service, you need your booking number and your personal identification number.

CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
Cancellations are free of charge 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge according to the current price list for appointments that are not canceled.

Payment can be made on-site or via bank transfer
You can handle your payment at the reception desk. The Fpa discount can be applied directly at the time of payment.
To receive the discount, please show your Fpa card.
At Wellmedic, we do not accept cash payments
You can pay with a debit card, credit card (Visa/Visa Electron, MasterCard, Firstcard (formerly Eurocard), or a Wellmedic gift card.
If you have health insurance, you are responsible for contacting the insurance company yourself.
For those wishing to receive an invoice, a billing surcharge of 5 € applies.
